Let me just start this post by saying that I love del.icio.us! This tool is so easy to use, too. I haven't figured out how to delete a bookmark yet, but so far it hasn't been a problem. When working from many differenct pcs, at home and at work, it is a blessing to be able to find bookmarked sites.
As a reference tool, it will be great to tag answers to those difficult but all too frequent questions concerning statistics, staffing ratios, physicians per population, etc. And on a personal note, it is so easy to find and add great sites. For example, I just started taking a beginning Italian course. Sure enough, I was able to find flash cards with pictures to help me learn vegetables in Italian! I definitely added that site so I can find it easily for other lessons.
I'm anxious to learn more about bundling and creating tags for specific user groups or classes. I can see creating one for nurses, one for residents, EBM, and other hot topics.
